This week we are featuring New York based DJ and Producer David Gramigna.
"DJing is just plain fun. It's what inspires most of my mixes, keeping them fun and having a live, raw energy to them. There's nothing like being in your apartment, having the headphones up loud and just getting into the music. I record most of my practices and constantly ask how can I get them to sound better. If there's one piece of advice I could give, its not to worry about making mistakes. Just do the work, and create something. If it sucks, don't post it online. (or play it for anyone!) Just go back and create your next mix. Eventually, you'll surprise yourself with a great one. Put that one online! This mix was a blast for me to do, its one of the few that I pulled off in one sitting. Usually it takes a LOT of attempts before I get it the way I want.
